Just my thoughts on what Randall sees when he looks in the mirror. Some scars aren't visible to everyone, but they're the ones that hurt the most.

Hope his didn't cut himself to get all those scars. 

I can sympathize with feeling unwanted and being like an outcast too. I hate it.
